The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior environmental manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to:
- Lead and grow a team of top environmental professionals
- Guide delivery of meaningful, results-driven environmental services
- Shape firm strategy and share in long-term success
- Participate in delivery of training short courses for EHS professionals
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of continuous and ongoing experience with an environmental consulting or engineering firm, delivering environmental compliance, permitting, or management consulting services
- Demonstrated success in developing business through client relationships, proposals, and strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of U.S. environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, state-level) and industry standards
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
